ANNOUNCING UPDATES TO SERVICES PROVIDED BY DOT COMPLIANCE SERVICES LLC

• 24/7 MVR Monitoring Services 

We have signed an agreement with an MVR monitoring service that will provide 24/7 access to license suspensions, reductions, DUI’s, and tickets.  Every time we run annual MVRs, we almost always 1 or 2 drivers that have their license suspended or reduced below a CDL.  Drivers with suspended/downgraded MVRs result in increased liability in case of accident.  The system will be set up to send your designated supervisor an email anytime activity is detected.  This information can be used by your company to communicate directly with the driver and make immediate corrections.

• Reduction in MVR fees

Now, due to the number of MVR’s we have been processing, on a pass-through basis, we have been able to obtain a new supplier that will reduce the price for MVRs by at least, $5.  We will continue to run MVRs on a pass-through basis and pass that savings on to you.

• Alert System Updates

We have always strived to improve our services and to make you a safer trucking company.  Our alert system was developed to keep everyone up to date on documents with expirations dates.  Over the past 3 years we have changed our supplier and added several enhancements.  There are more enhancements planned that will make the system faster and increase storage capability.

• Online Application Success

Just last year we released an online driver application that speeds up the hiring process and gives you a recruiting toll that checks all the compliance.  Since it has been implementation, over 100 drivers have been successfully hired thru the system.
