Last July New Jersey adopted the Federal Standards for Commercial Vehicles

DID YOU KNOW: Last July New Jersey adopted the Federal Standards for Commercial Vehicles. Now every vehicle or combination of vehicles over 10,001 lbs. is considered a CMV. Intrastate Landscapers, Construction Companies, Beverage Delivery Company’s will now need a DOT number. In addition, they will now need to follow all Federal Motor Compliance Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. Need assistance? Give us a call. All consultations are free.
