MAINTAINING COMPLIANCE

DOT Compliance Services will:

  • Consistently monitor your CSA scores
  • File DataQ requests to challenge CSA violations that are incorrect
  • Report expiring documents beginning 60 days prior to the expiration
  • Review all Roadside Inspections and supporting corrective action
  • Review all accidents and monitor drug and alcohol testing when necessary
  • Represent company in any insurance or DOT audit or investigation

MAINTAINING COMPLIANCE

DOT Compliance Services will:

  • Assist companies in obtaining any required permits
  • Prepare and file quarterly IFTA reports
  • Prepare and file MCS-150 report in the correct month (Month is based on the last number of your DOT number)
  • Will communicate with insurance company representatives, if necessary, to outline companies safety program

  • Answer all correspondence company receives from the DOT or other official
  • Responses will be submitted after receiving companies approval

  • Prepare a written action plan specifically answering any violations noted during the audit or intervention
  • Develop and implement, new company policies and/or procedures to satisfy requests
  • Print and deliver all company approved action plans to those specified
